We have moved to a new location, still in Bremerton, WA.
The short horror film, The Rapping was released and shown as a festival selection at the Midnight Film Festival in New York and won the Once Weekly Online Film Festival. it is still touring film festivals world wide until January 2020.
We are currently in principal photography on the short horror film, Gumdrop. It is based on the JZ Murdock short horror story, Gumdrop City (2012), based itself on a true crime. As of this time, rushes for the film are looking very promising. Starring Tom Remick as lead character, Sampson. JZ Murdock is directing. Production still are available for viewing on Pinterest

We are currently producing audiobooks of the horror and sci fi fiction of JZ Murdock with Tom Remick as voice actor. Tom has joined the company. Welcome Tom! First up is "In Memory, Yet Crystal Clear".
JZ Murdock is also producing a non-fiction article on psychology he is narrating that should also be available soon. It is titled "On Psychology", a history of psychology and an example through a discussion of schizophrenia and synesthesia.

Much has been happening since last update. We have been working with J.Louis King, owner of Vincent At Studio 724 in Port Orchard, Washington. Executive producer JZ Murdock's book, Death of heaven, is in-store there for sale and he has given an author reading and Q&A session during one of their book fairs in January with other authors. He was also interviewed there this month and now has those videos of him up on his own Youtube channel, TheJZMurdock, as well as on our Youtube channel.
We have also been shooting video
interviews of the studio's authors and artists and recently we were pleased to record an interview with one of our friends, director Kelly Hughes, once labeled the "John Waters of Pacific Northwest Indie Horror Films" by a film magazine
We welcome Tom Remick as voice actor talent on our production efforts to add to JZ's produced and published short horror and sci fi audiobooks! He has also been actively shopping around his new horror / sci fi book sequel, Anthology of Evil II and two of his screenplays, Gray and Lover The Hearth Tales Incident (a horror comedy) and his amazing true crime story, The Teenage Bodyguard.
More soon....

I hope your new year of 2017 is going well. We have been networking and writing, and getting ready to shoot some new projects.

I have been working on the new addition to the JZ Murdock story universe of Mea Culpa. Originally published in my book Anthology of Evil, it was expanded in Death of heaven. I am now writing a short screenplay of about ten minutes, to shoot a modern version of this. In it the Witch Hunter from England in year 1100CE tries to escape to today through a descendant of his. Surely you cannot think things will go well....

A;lso in the works is a shorter short of about three minutes. I have come up with a Garage Tales concept of short stories to shoot and upload to our Youtube channel. First up, The Rapping.

Also wanted to share that the rather crazyfun short horror project of our friend and directior Kelly Hughes (Lucky Charms Studio) where I play Grandpa and Grandma's ghost in Don't Kill Grandpa Until We Strangle the Babysitter is now on Llyod Kaufman's Troma Now streaming Amazon Prime type site - https://jzmurdock.blogspot.com/2017/02/burning-down-house.html]]>
